Brian P. Harris

Titles: Founder, CEO, and Instructor

Industry Experience:  Beginning as a student in the industry at age 4, Brian has over 30 years experience in all aspects of dance, gymnastics, and cheerleading. Originally from Louisville, KY, Brian graduated from Georgetown College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and Communication. While attending Georgetown College he began United Talent as a class project and incorporated in 1998.

Prior to college, Brian trained at Dance Unlimited and Gymnastics by Mimi in Louisville, KY where he also became a gymnastics, dance, and cheer instructor, coach, and choreographer.  He also competed with Gym Tyme’s Senior All-Star cheerleaders.  Following high school Brian was given the opportunity to travel the country with United Spirit Association (USA) and instruct middle school, high school, and college students.  During this time he also traveled as a judge for Star Systems National Talent Competitions, Jam Brands (Jamfest), and Christian Cheerleaders of America (CCA) where he was also a frequent guest speaker and presenter for coach’s conferences.

Brian resides in Georgetown, KY with his wife Kara and their two children Layne and Jack.  He is very proud of the history and tradition of United Talent and looks forward to helping develop its various programs and overall future.

Terry L. Thorndale

Titles: Cheer & Tumbling Administrative Assistant

Industry Experience:  Terry Thorndale has over 25 years experience as an Administrative Assistant. The last 15 years has been solely in the field of Cheerleading and Tumbling. She has extensive skills to fulfill all administrative tasks in this industry.

Starting 2001, Terry worked for Kentucky Elite in Lexington, Kentucky until it was sold to Premier Athletics in 2010. She continued on staff with Premier until 2012 before continuing her career with United Talent in April 2012. Her expertise includes Accounts, Registrations, and Customer Satisfaction.

Terry lives in Lexington with her husband, son, and English bulldog Axle. She has 2 children, Sierra 24 and Austin 18. Terry is looking forward to many more exciting years at United Talent!

Mckayla A. Sutton

Titles: All-Star Cheer Coach and Tumbling Instructor

Industry Experience:
Mckayla has been with United Talent since 2005, when she began her career as a cheerleader in our All Star Cheerleading Program. She is a graduate of Bluegrass Community and Technical College where she earned her Associate Degree in Cosmetology.

In 2008, Mckayla began working as a Tumbling Instructor in our Tumbling Program, and as an Assistant Coach for Xtreme Team, as well as continuing her cheerleading career. Mckayla has recently added a new position to her experience with us as an All Star Cheerleading Coach and is excited to pass on her experience to the next generation of cheerleaders. Mckayla is very excited to see what her 10th year (that’s right! TENTH!) with United talent has in store for her!

Lauren Fox

Titles: Tumbling Instructor & Cheer Prep Assistant

Industry Experience:
Lauren is a junior at Scott County High School, and is currently a member of the Scott County Cardinals Varsity Cheerleading Squad. She was also previously a member of the All Star Cheerleading Program at United Talent for ten years. Lauren began her athletic career with us in 2005, when she was 6 years old. Lauren has been instructing tumbling classes in out Tumbling Program since 2013.

Lauren's willingness to help, teach and share her love for tumbling and cheerleading is why she chose to join the United Talent Family. She says, "I don't consider this a job because I enjoy it too much." Lauren plans on attending college to become a Kindergarten and/or an elementary teacher.

Lauren hopes her dedication and love for her job shines through to her students in the classes she is teaching. She doesn't want to just coach and teach her students, but also a role model to them. She is very excited to see what her future at United Talent has to offer!

Andie Mason

Title: Tumbling Instructor

Industry Experience:
Andie has been a part of the United Talent Family since 2007 when she began taking tumbling classes. The following year, she joined as a member of our All Star Cheerleading Program and continued to compete for 6 years. She is currently a member of the Scott County Cardinals Dance Team at Scott County High School in Georgetown, KY.

Andie started working with United Talent in 2013 when she was hand selected for the Intern Program. She was offered a position as a Tumbling Instructor in 2014, and has absolutely loved it since! She looks forward to seeing her students each day and knowing that she gets to be a part of their growth. To Andie, the best part is to see the excitement in a child that performs a new skill for the first time. She says, “My favorite thing about working with United Talent is seeing the little kids smiling and hearing all the different stories every day.” She is very happy to see what her students will have to say this season!
